IECT Grads in the Workplace

Thank you for employing an IECT Graduate!

Dear Spa,
It would be very much appreciated if you could take a moment to complete a quick survey on a recent graduate of the Institute of Epidermal Cell Therapy, and share your thoughts with her. https://epidermalcelltherapy.com/survey-graduate-work-performance/

In order to ensure that IECT graduates are fully prepared for the workforce, it is important to also focus on providing hands-on training in the practical aspects of their job. This includes training in patient and client counseling, follow-up treatments, and business operations such as inventory management and ordering supplies. In addition, proper training in maintenance of infection control and conducting room checks is crucial to ensure the safety and well-being of both the patients/clients and the esthetician personnel. IECT graduates should also be trained in problem-solving skills and have a thorough understanding of written and verbal communication, as these are essential skills for success in the field.
